I am currently working with a staffing organization that currently pays me $12 hr (varies on job, usually $12) and puts me in random companies. Some times the position leads to a permanent position, but most of the time does not. (It’s a typical temp agency). After taxes I make about $17,000 ann. I am thinking about working at Carmax because I was offered an interview. The only information I can find on the net is that the average salesman makes around 45K. I was wondering if anyone has worked with Carmax and can give me a basic idea of how much a salesman makes and how the environment is. (I live in NC area)

I am willing to pay people to send me leads that want to buy a car. Is there a specific way this should work. Has anyone got an idea as to how I should pursue this kind of advertising. How do I get the word out about how sending me leads will pay you cash?

I am looking for a platform where I can sell the new cars buying leads I generate from my Indian automotive website. I do not have energy/funds to contact each of the dealer of each make in country so I am looking for a platform or company which is interested in doing this on a partnership basis.

I am fairly new in the car sales business, a few months. Does anyone know of a good way to get free sales leads, or even some that I have to pay for. But I am looking for real leads.
